Google Chrome

chrome-screen-shotGoogle Chrome is a brand new browser developed by Google. Even though it is still in beta testing, I like it very much.

Like Google page, Gmail and etc, it is a lightweight browser, offering very clean interface (but can be a bit confusing since there aren’t many buttons!) and most importantly, a very fast loading time. I don’t have a timer on, but in general, it feels like Chrome takes less time to load a page than Internet Explorer, and even FireFox!

Most importantly, it is free!

Since Google Chrome is still in beta stage, I would suggest that you try it out on your free time, and can also use it heavily to test it on daily basis. But please don’t make it your main browser at this stage, doing internet transaction or any information-sensitive task because the developers and testers are still looking for bugs and any security flaws.

Guide to Backpacking

Previously, I wrote that I will be writing about the guide to backpacking here. So here it is.

Backpacking is not for the faint hearted. A lot of times you will face difficulties in accomodation, hygine problems, food, or even the people. Imagine that you don’t bring lots of money so you cannot afford a hotel, so what will you do?

This guide is derived from the experience that I have gathered during my college years when I was backpacking to Europe. If you decide to backpack as the mean of travel, I hope this guide will give you some insight and help you prepare.

Backpack
Thinking of using a stroll luggage? Forget about it. Sometimes you will have to go through some rough terrain, so how are you going to carry it? So first thing first, get yourself a sturdy water-proof backpack with a lot of compartments for small items.

Water Botter
Stop going to 7-11 to buy some plastic mineral bottle. Invest in some metal type so that it will be long lasting. And why water bottle? Well, let’s just say sometimes you will get to walk a long distance and you will get dehydrated. Of course, if you have the money to constantly buying water, then go ahead. But for backpackers, a good water bottle is essential, so you can fill up the bottle, drink it, and refill to continue your journey.

Clothes
Bring a few changing clothes, underwears, and socks. Make sure you bring the right clothing for the right weather. If you bring only t-shirts while going to Europe in winter, you will be dead before you can hit the street from the airport. You don’t need a lot of changing clothes, because most often than not, you will need to wash these clothes yourself, and if you bring a lot, your backpack will be heavy and that will slow you down a lot, making your journey more difficult to continue. Usually, I bring 4 T-shirts, 4 underwear, 3 socks, and 1 extra jeans. That’s about it. And be honest, sometimes I have to wear the underwear for few days.

Sleeping Bag
Well, travel on a tight budget means you cannot afford hotels. If you are lucky, the place will have YMCA lodging place that is around EURO 5 per night. If not, you will be sleeping in a bus station or somewhere, so it is important that you have a nice sleeping bag to protect yourself from the wind and dust.

Tools
Swiss army knife, pepper spray, sewing kit, and simple First Aid Kit. Yup, you don’t have to bring those, but I brought them because sometimes things could happen, and luckily I brought my sewing kit, otherwise I would be exposing my ass (story was that I tore my jeans because it got hooked onto a sharp edge) throughout my whole journey. I had a few cuts and bruises, and luckily my small first aid kit pouch got antiseptic creams and plasters. You don’t want to get wound infection whenyou are abroad, trust me on that. Check with the flight regulations to make sure you don’t bring something illegal. (Do you know that pepper spray is illegal in China?)

Courage
Going to a new place is not something easy. But going there alone, not knowing anyone, is something that requires courage. You need to have the courage to face the loneliness, the new place, and venture out to explore the place. So yes, please work up the courage.

Knowledge
Knowledge is priceless. So before you go, google that country or place to find more information. Some place do not offer free map, so make sure you print some, or buy some maps from your local store. Normally, trying to save money, I will print them out from the internet, fold it in my journal, and head off. If the local offers free maps, the first thing I did when I reached there was to grab 2 copies of the map. It happened to me before that the one and only map I got was wet and tore a part later by the strong wind, and I didn’t have the backup map. So get 2 copies.

Common Sense
Yup, common sense is important. Common sense such as don’t put your passport in your backpack and buy a holder that you can keep with you all the time. Common sense such as you are a foreigner and when something is not right, walk away because you don’t want to get into troubles with the locals. Common sense such as be alert and watch out for yourself, your own safety, is important. The truth is, if you are killed in a foreign country, no one will know you and no one will care. So its important to use your brain and think.

Survival
I travelled in budget, so this might not be applicable to you, but recommended. When I was in Europe, I didn’t have much money, so I asked around if I could work part-time, especially in Chinese restaurants or some hispanic restaurants (they normally don’t really care about rules and regulations on hiring foreigners with no working permit), earn that few Euros and best of all, sometimes they provide free meal as well. That actually lower down my costs and best of all, I got to experience different culture to the core level.

Health
A lot of people ignore this, but it is important that you start to eat healthy, exercise regulary months before you backpack. You don’t want to get sick when you reach there, so keeping your body fit and your health good is essential. Besides, you will need the stamina to walk for hours every day, so get your ass off the couch and start doing the exercise and eat healthily!

The A to Z in Relationship

The other day I read an article and I find it nice, so I am posting the article here. In conjunction with this Valentine’s Day, I hope this article will help a lot of couples to improve their relationships. I don’t know how’s the original author and it was actually in Mandarin. Unfortunately, my blog setting do not allow Chinese encoding so I am translating it here.

A - Accept
No one is perfect. There is no such thing as perfect match, like a Lego. So if you love the person, you have to accept everything, including his/her flaws.

B - Belief
If you are with a person, belief him/her. If you are suspicious and constantly not trusting that person, the only ending is separation.

C - Care
The level of care you show to that person means the importance of that person in your life. Once in a while, call him/her and ask, “How’s work? Is everything fine?” or message him/her, “The weather has turned cold, so please remember to wear an extra clothes.” This kind of care might be pointless, but at least it makes that person feel loved and wanted.

D - Digest
We are not saint, so we have our emotional ups and downs. If the person is not in a good mood, try to digest it just a bit to avoid argument?

E - Enjoy
Enjoy the company, enjoy everything that person is doing for you. If you enjoy it, your life will be joyful. But if you try to pick a bone in an egg, criticize everything that person is doing, how can you find happiness and joy in life?

F - Freedom
Even if you are married, give your partner freedom, room and privacy. Your partner is not a slave, so don’t cage him/her up and make them prisoners.

G - Give
Give also means love without condition. Giving out your love, you cannot expect to take back the same amount of love. But if you don’t give your love, then you will not get anything back at all. True love is love without conditions.

H - Heart
Use your heart to treat a person. Use your heart to love a person. Without using your heart, where is the source of true love?

I - Independence
Some people say, “I live for you.” Truth is, everyone has a meaning in his life, so don’t be too dependent on a person. If you depend on him/her too much, you are only adding extra burden on his/her shoulders.


J - Jealousy
A suitable amount of jealousy can means you care. But if you are jealous without logical reasons, then you are only unreasonable, and that is really annoying.

K - Kiss
A kiss means more than a thousand words. Kiss him/her when you go to work. Kiss him/her when you come back from work. A kiss can mean you love and care for him/her. So start kissing your love one today.

L - Love
Love is different than like. If you love a person, you are willing to do anything for him/her. You will take a bullet for him/her and sacrifice your life. If you love a person, try to say “I love you” once in a while because that simple 3 words means more than just some gifts.

M - Mature
Childish is annoying. For adults, we should remain mature when we love, treat matters and that person with maturity will lead you a long way.

N - Natural
A lot of times a person will try to hide his/her flaws and pretend to be someone else. Unfortunately, as time goes, all the flaws will be revealed and your partner will be shock to find you as someone he/she doesn’t know. So be natural, be who you are.

O - Observe
Observe your love ones to understand his/her likes, dislikes, habits, so you can understand your partner more and try to accommodate him/her. For example: If you see her linger at a watch poster for a long time, admiring the beauty of the watch, why not buy that watch for her as a gift?

P - Protect
A boyfriend should protect his girlfriend’s safety and well-beings. A girlfriend can protect his dignity, not allowing others to insult the boyfriend.

Q - Quarter
Be generous and forgiving. If your love ones make a mistake, forgive him/her if you truly love him/her. That is the least you can do. (Of course, if he/she is having an affair, that’s betrayal, and that cannot be called a mistake)

R - Receive
When your love one is doing something for you, receive it gratefully. When the other person is giving, that means he/she loves you so much so please receive with great gratitude to show that you appreciate him/her.

S - Share
Share everything you have with him/her. Share your happiness, share your sorrow, share your wealth, share your adversity. This is the most simple task in a relationship.

T - Tender
Be tender and gentle to your love ones. No one loves a person who is rough and not tender.

U - Understand
Try to be understanding. When you are having a conversation with your love ones, try to understand his/her situations, how he/she feels. If not, you are just being selfish.

V - Veracity
Veracity, also mean honesty. Be honest in a relationship. Who will want to spend the rest of his/her life with a liar?

W - Wait
When two person is together, they grow together. One might grow faster, but please wait for your company, wait for him/her to grow at the same level as you. Don’t abandon him/her while you continue to venture out further and further.

X - `X`
The “X” means multiply in mathematical sense. Use your love to that person and multiply it everyday, so you will love him/her more and more everyday.

Y - Yearn
When you are at work or away, try to miss him/her. If you send him/her a message saying “I miss you,” the receiver will feel warm and sweet.

Z - Zest
Don’t be cold. A suitable amount of zest can make a big difference. Who would want to spend the rest of his/her life with someone who is cold and unromantic?

In order to let you know how much I love you, I will have to explain to you how I found the nirvana of love in you. So please read this email as careful as you can and please don’t be mad at me.

Do you remember that on the 3rd week since we started dating and you brought me to this pizza restaurant to meet up with your best friend, Laura? (replace the name with any name) Right after that night after you had gone home, Laura and I made out in the Hilton Hotel for 4 hours straight. By the way, we still meet up once in a while to have some casual sex. It’s nothing serious, just some really casual sex between us, so please don’t take this too seriously and personally. 2008 Valentine’s Gift Guide: For Him/Her

This version of St. Valentine’s Day gift guide for Him and Her will be extremely important to you, and it can help you to build a longer lasting and stronger relationship. If you are pursuing someone, use this guide. If you have a girlfriend/boyfriend, use this guide. It can, literally, save your life.

I know it is kind of early to really talk about Valentine’s Gift Guide right now. But look at it this way, sometimes it is better to prepare and start saving money than last-minute shopping. Furthermore, the Chinese New Year is coming and it would be great to start planning on how you are going to save and spend those Angpow money (Angpow means red packet. In Chinese custom, Angpow are given during auspicious days and inside the red packet, there will be some money. Generally speaking, this is given to small kids) that you are going to get, unless you are like me, 32 and most people are not interested in giving me Angpow money anymore.

Without further ado, let me introduce you to my 2008 Valentine’s Gift Ideas:

For Him: (Budget RM10,000 and above)

  1. Globe-Trotter Luggage:
    Thinking of buying Louis Vuitton travel bags or luggage? Forget about it. If you want your man to really travel in style, you must check out Globe-Trotter, the real luxury hand-made luggage. Remember to check out their Orient, Centenary, Safari, Cruise, Orient, Phantom and Limited Edition lines of luggages. I can guarantee that other travelers will look at your man with envious. Just make sure that he’s not taking Economy class when he’s lugging those Globe-Trotter luggage. (Also recommend: Uppercase luxury handmade luggage)

  2. Patek Philippe Watch:
    A good watch will last you 20 years. A great watch will last him forever. Patek Philippe’s tag line is “You don’t actually own a Patek Philippe. Check them out, and if you can afford it, go ahead, indulge him.

    Yes, there’s only one seat. Yes, it is VERY expensive. But if he’s someone who loves motorbike, there is nothing better than a Confederate Hell Cat and he will definitely love you more. Even Brad Pitt has one.

For Him: (Budget: RM2,000 and above)

  1. You know what? Scrap all this list. The only thing that you need to get him is Macbook Air. There is no need to buy anything else. This is the ultimate gift of the year 2008, so you can just buy him one and call it the year gift for Valentine’s day, his birthday, anniversaries, Christmas gift, and he’ll be contended. Trust me on it, it is just so darn sexy!
  2. Sennheiser HD650
    This is one of the best headphones out there. So your man is an audiophile, this item is a must. Go ahead, pamper him, let him hear the best sound reproduction of a headphones. I am sure the sound will melt him away instantly.

  3. Apple iPhone:
    I know, its not the latest gadget to have anymore. But look at it this way; it is not officially launched in Malaysia, so there are still not too many people using it. It spells EXCLUSIVITY so it is the ideal gadgets for him. (I don’t mind if you are gonna buy me one too). There are quite a few in the market, but if you have trouble finding one, you can contact me (please go to the contact page)

  4. Sony Playstation 3:
    If your man likes to play some games, its good to get them a Sony Playstation 3, or Nintendo Wii and I am sure he will love you more that ever the moment he gets the gift. But don’t expect much from then onwards as he will spend a lot of his time playing his games.

  5. Panasonic LCD TV:
    So what’s that Playstation or Wii if there is no a 32 inch (and above) LCD TV to accompany for the great graphic? So if you get the Playstation or Wii, you might as well just get another LCD TV. Actually, Panasonic is being used here as an example. You can get some pretty decent LCD TV nowadays with a decent amount of money.

For Him: (Budget RM2,000 or less)

  1. iPod Classic:
    Actually my recommendation is between iPod Classic and iPod Touch. But somehow I do not see the point of iPod Touch as iPhone has all the functions and more. But again, if your budget doesn’t allow you to stretch to iPhone, it is still a better value-for-money to go for iPod Classic. Just remember to replace the original earphones to something better, like Sennheiser earphones MX400, because the original iPod earphones are just weak, very weak.

  2. Mont Blanc:
    I would go for a good pen and a wallet. Yes, the pen can cost you anywhere from RM900 to RM2500, and the wallet can stretch you from RM800 and above, but look at it this way; those are really some quality stuff that can last him for a long time to come. A good wallet is important as we men don’t have handbags like women (some women I know have like 50 over branded handbags) so durability is rated at the top for men.

  3. Sennheiser Wireless Headset:
    Trust me, if you buy this headset to your boyfriend/husband, you will thank me later on. The reason is very simple; World Cup 2008. There will be one whole month of live broadcast of World Cup 2008, and it happens that these live broadcast is at night, our time. With the wireless headset, he could watch the World Cup 2008 with decent volume, and he won’t disturb your sleep. Now that’s what I call one stone two birds. (Actual price ranges from RM250 to RM1,000 ++ for the really high-end wireless)

For Him: (Budget: Below RM600)

  1. Sennheiser VMX100 Bluetooth Headset:
    Hey, this is not any bluetooth headset. This is probably the best bluetooth headset out there in the market. It has excellent noise-canceling capability so you can hear almost crystal clear voice and even the caller will hear a superb clarity on his/her end. Trust me on that one, because I have tried it in a pub, very noisy with loud music, and I could hear the caller perfectly clear.

  2. Banana Republic:
    I find the quality of Banana Republic is good and the price is not exaggerating expensive. Of course, if you have been to the States before, you will know that the price is generally 50% to 100% more expensive than the same stuff over at the Banana Republic U.S.A. But don’t complain too much, that is how things are when we are in Malaysia. So my suggestion is a good shirt (working attire, if he needs one, or just shirts) that will make your man look very smart.

For Him: (Budget: FREE)
Men are easily satisfied. Just give him a mindblowing blowjob will do the job, or bring him to a public place and have some wild sex will do also (but I strongly discourage public indecency, so please triple consider this option. I would recommend that you stick to blowjob). Trust me on this one.


Now, women are more difficult to satisfy. But I am kind enough to compile a nice list for you guys out there so you get the ideas on what to get her this St. Valentine’s Day.

For Her: (Budget: RM10,000 and above)

  1. Diamonds:
    Hey, they all said that diamonds last forever, and the bigger the diamonds are, the more you love them. So go ahead, buy them a diamond. (Sorry, I am not posting any URL here as I am not a diamond person so I don’t know which one is good, or the best)

  2. Vertu:
    Yes, guys, you can quip that Vertu phones don’t have 3G, no this and that, but trust me, it is handcrafted with diamonds and lots of sapphire, so it can cost as much as a house. Furthermore, it spells EXCLUSIVITY like no other phone can. Go ahead, indulge your beloved one as much as you like.

  3. 9999 Red Rose:
    With rose price skyrocketing during Valentine’s Day, expect to pay absurd price for that 9999 roses. Now, if you do buy 9999 roses, please remember to send it to her workplace because sometimes women just can’t resist to show off the quantity of roses that they receive during V-day, and she will be so happy, especially if the colleague that she hates the most got to see the amount of roses that she gets during the Valentine’s Day.

For Her: (Budget: RM2,000 and above)

  1. Who needs handbags or anything like that. Get Macbook Air.
  2. Apple iPhone:
    I know I mentioned the Apple iPhone as a gift for guys. But it is suitable to be a gift for her too. Or you can consider the Prada phone, or some cute little pink phone. Just make sure you don’t buy something practical because women rate aesthetic over practicability, most of the time.

  3. Actually there are many things in this category, like a Prada (or Coach, Gucci, etc) handbags. But the problem is, women are extremely particular about the handbags that they carry, and they would love to take it, stand in front of the mirror for at least 30 minutes to make sure that they look absolutely fabulous before they will take the handbag. So if you must, take them to those shops and let them choose. (Caution: Do not buy the counterfeit handbags, or else they will hate you forever, if their friends ever find out about it)

For Her: (Budget: RM2,000 and below)

  1. iPod Nano:
    Oh yeah, the new iPod nano is smaller, cuter, and it has video playback capability! Furthermore, it is also the latest iPod Nano in the market. So yes, that is the reason why I dare to bet my 2 cents that there is a high chance she will love it. So go ahead, pick one up. (I would recommend the apple green or the red one for your girl)

  2. Bring her to a vacation:
    Oh yes, it can be done on a budget below RM2,000. How about some island, beach vacation? Langkawi? Or if you have the budget, try Phuket and I strongly recommend Central Karon Village (remember to check out the photo gallery here) and that resort is extremely romantic and beautiful, and the price is really reasonable as well. (I know, by suggesting that you go to Phuket is stretching your budget of RM2,000, but it is still possible, and if it is RM2,000/pax, it is definitely do-able)

  3. A very nice meal:
    Yes, bring her to a really posh restaurant, candle light dinner with some wine, and that will be good. But again, don’t expect to get away with just a nice meal, as you still need to prepare at least one gift and most importantly, at least one stalk of red rose.

  4. Spa Package:
    A spa package at a very nice and posh spa center is a way to reward her; she has been working really hard (like, taking care of the kids, her career, and taking care of you), so don’t you think it is time to reward her? Rejuvenate her! Let her relax whenever she decides to go to the spa, and just indulge her and pamper her to a great spa package!

Actually, no matter what gift you are buying, it is important to include at least one stalk of red rose (or pink one) because somehow women think that getting a rose during St. Valentine’s Day is something really important. So don’t forget to buy one to accompany the gifts that you have prepared! AND DON’T FORGET THE VALENTINE’S CARD!!!!

For Her: (Budget: FREE)
Keep on dreaming, dude. There is no such thing as free stuff for women on St. Valentine’s Day. But I can suggest that after a long dinner, you take her home, give her a massage (remember to use some good quality lotion) and that will be a good way to conclude a nice memorable St. Valentine’s Day for her, and the massage will be free, except that you will be dead tired at the end of the day.

There you have it, the ultimate gift guide for 2008 St. Valentine’s Day. I hope you will use this guide extensively and refer to it before you make any purchase decision. Remember, no matter what (especially women), gift is really important during St. Valentine’s Day. Yes, I do agree that Vday has been commercialized too much, but that’s just life.

Oh! I almost forgot to add that if anyone feel generous enough, I don’t mind receiving any of the gifts mentioned above (except the ones in For Her section). A Patek Philippe 5135G (picture) would be nice *hint*

valentine’s day

You don’t need a calendar to tell you it’s Valentine’s Day when:-

  1. The price of rose increase by 1,000%
  2. There is a sudden outbreak of love-shape balloons. Hell, there is a sudden outbreak of love-shape everything.
  3. The public places are suddenly flooded by couples coming out from villages, cave, and every corner of the world, and they are extra mushy and they like to hug and kiss in public. Makes you wonder where the hell are these couples during normal day eh?
  4. The packaging of consumer products has many choices as long as its pink.
  5. When you call up your friends for dinner or drinks, they will tell you they had set a date with their girlfriends/boyfriends.

See, that’s not right. If the lovers are truly in love, everyday should be Valentine’s Day. If your lover is abusing you everyday except Valentine’s Day, is that still consider romantic? Getting one day break out of 365 doesn’t sound like a bargain to me.

After my careful observation and using my superior IQ, I realize that Valentine’s Day is actually not for the lovers, but for the businessman (or woman, if you insist) to charge sky-high for all their items without the need to feel guilty. That explains why the price of rose is like 100 times more expensive than normal, and why restaurants, combining their normal food into a Valentine’s package, and charge double on everything.

As usual, ever since last year, I come up with a list of gifts that you can give to your love ones. By no means this is only a guide, and you can be creative and modify those gifts.

For Her
Now you definitely have to be creative. Rose? That’s so last century. Diamond? Besides the fact that one small piece of diamond will bankrupt you or make you 10 years poorer, it is also very yesteryear.

Idea 1. Bouquet of Cactus
Yup, you read it right. How many people actually give a bouquet of cactus? None that you know of? Now that’s great because you definitely don’t want to be “just another guy who send roses”, and this is especially true if you want to go after the girl of your dream. You want to make a big impact impression, and a bouquet of cactus is a great start to get her to notice you.

Idea 2. A Gift Voucher
Now, this is not cheap-ass voucher I am talking about. Get her some very nice voucher like Dermologica’s facial voucher or some massage parlor’s voucher, and make an appointment for her. When she receives it, you tell her that she has been working very hard and she definitely deserves some rewards. Then, when she’s doing her facial and/or massage, you can have some free time to sip your coffee and read some magazines, or play some games on your PSP.

Of course, she will expect you to give her a massage yourself. But that’s just too much work, isn’t it? Tell her that she deserves a professional to give her total relaxation, instead of amateur like you whom might hurt her.

Idea 3. Romantic Dinner
Eating out at a nice restaurant? That’s so ancient until my great great grandfather refuses to do so. Cooking her a nice meal? Already suggested that last year. So this year, you should do something even more special for her.

Buy her favorite food, be it mamak food or Domino’s pizza. It doesn’t matter as long as those are her favorite food. And then, pack the food and bring her to a nice spot (like on a hill or something) and have a candle light dinner.

Unfortunately, the crime rate in Malaysia is escalating, so you might be robbed, or in worse case scenario, your girl might be rapped. Now that is a bad idea for a romantic valentine’s day right? Furthermore, you guys might become food for the mosquitoes.

Instead, you can clean up your balcony and put a small table there, light up some candles so you guys can enjoy a breezy evening with views (unless your balcony is facing another apartment or something, then you are fucked).

Idea 4. Romantic Trip
Isn’t it great if you can take your girl to France or Venice as a trip during Valentine’s Day? I mean, it is so romantic and you guys can screw each other out all the time in a hotel room. Unfortunately, it is way out of budget.

My solution? You can either take her to visit your mom (and call it a trip), or you can take her to somewhere nice. Genting is a good start, or how about Cameron Highland? If you want to save cost on accommodation, make it a day-trip so you don’t have to stay overnight. Another good place is Port Dickson.

Again, that depends on your budget. If you do not have budget, then just bring her to visit your mom and call that a trip, or if you are already staying in Port Dickson, just take her to the beach.

So you see, its not difficult to come up with a great gift ideas. A lot of people complained that they have no idea what to give to their girlfriends and they were agonizing over that. But just give yourself a few minutes and be creative, and I am sure you can come up with a list of ideas, of course not as good as mine.

Idea 1 (and there’s only ONE idea)

Another thing to remember is that you should do these in a private place, like your bedroom.

Last night Maria was asking me if I will be giving her flowers during the Valentine’s day. I told her No. Its not because those greedy fuckers are overcharging roses for more than 500% but because I am not a flower kind of guy.

Well, I can almost hear some of you are shouting that I am a cheapo and a totally unromantic pig. I admit I am not romantic (well, most of the time), but I am definitely not cheap!

A lot of people asked me why I don’t give flowers during Valentine’s day, and my answer is simple. I don’t have to wait till Valentine’s day to give out flowers. I can do it everyday. I can treat my love ones like shit everyday, but buy them flowers during Valentine and Christmas. Does that make me a loving dude? I guess not. So I treat it as everyday is a Valentine’s day, except during Valentine’s day. The reason is because it is highly commercialized and people are overcharging all of us for something perishable, like roses!

Besides, during the course of all my relationships, I never sent any flowers to any girls. But I do have something better than flowers, and it will remain a secret until Maria receives it.

For those poor souls who have problems with girlfriends/wife/mistress and don’t know what to give during the St. Valentine’s Day, here are some ideas:

Cook a Meal
Well, you can always make a good meal (by your own standard. For my very own standard, I cook damn good meal. For 8 years I have failed to food poison myself). If you are not a good cook, head down to ColdStorage and buy those spaghetti sauce, buy some good sausages, and some spaghetti and make her a candle light spaghetti. If not, head down to the mamak store and buy some mutton and white rice and say that you cooked it. Instant noodle won’t do because they will know.

Buy a Gift (1)
Here is a great secret. Head to Noel website and choose something within your budget. From my experience, those great guys don’t overcharge the gifts in the systems and the final price plus delivery is ultra reasonable. For those that live outside of Klang Valley, you are fucked.

Buy a Gift (2)
Head down to Perlin-Silver and check out their things. But if you are too cheap, you can always go to the trash can and look for scrap metal. Then try to heat it to 3600 degree Celcius and shape it into anything you like. Oh! You can even try to use those can drinks to… nevermind.

Treat Her Special
I don’t know about you guys, but I do find that sometimes a good sex after all the above is a good way to end the night. Start by giving her a good long massage (use those spiced up massage oil for relaxation purpose), rub her thoroughly and then, slowly… well, you get the idea. Just make sure you are not the only one with a quick orgasm and then fall asleep ontop of her while she’s still wanting more. Make sure she’s totally exhausted! Reason: Then she won’t bug you anymore so you can rest well. If not she’ll nag about how insensitive you are about those gift thing.
