In Malaysia, there is a lot of places that do not allow pets. But I have discovered one restaurant that not only allow dogs to go, but they welcome them.
The name of the restaurant is Fork & Spoon located at Kota Damansara (opposite the Starbucks).
Now why would I say the restaurant welcomes dogs? The outdoor section where they welcome dogs have wall hooks where you can tie the leashes, sort of like a dog-parking area. And when you do bring a big dog over, the staff will bring out a big bowl of water for your furkid and sometimes they will bring out a bun or two for you to feed them (or the waiter would love to feed your dogs these bun). Most importantly, the staff love dogs (even thought they are from Myanmar).
So you don’t have to worry that your dog will be bored. The staff will keep them entertain. How wonderful is that?
Furthermore, the restaurant owner installed quite a number of fans outside, so even thought we have to sit at the outdoor, it wasn’t hot at all. And occasionally I see those Siberian Huskies owners go there to have coffee or dinner with a group of friends.
Of course, if the food sucks, then there is completely no point to suffer ourselves there. Luckily, Fork & Spoon offer quality food at a fair price. They have a lot of selection, like Western Cuisine, Asian Delight, and etc. But I think the best deal for my money is the Dinner Set Meal, which is different every day. The one I get the other day is Curry Chicken, Steamed Fish, Vegetarian, and a Lotus soup.

The Dinner Set with Curry Chicken and rice

The Dinner Set also consists of a vegetarian, steamed fish, and a soup
The price for the Dinner Set is RM10.90, which, in my opinion, is a fair price to pay because one fried rice is around RM6.00 or RM7.00, but these dinner set has chicken, fish, and vegetable, plus one soup, and most importantly, they taste pretty good.
Best of all, you can enjoy a good deal with your dogs, and talk to your friends while your dog is playing around or just resting.
