Do you know that a person can be a liar but the subconscious mind will always tell the truth?
The typical subconscious mind working is (1) body language, (2) facial expression, and (3) the choice of words.
For example, when a lady folded her arms around her breasts, she is in defensive stance. Even though she might appear smiling and friendly, but subconsciously her defense is up against you.
Another example is when a girl is tilting her hips towards you, licking her lips (just ever slightly), and twirling her hair using her finger, that means she’s inviting you to explore more about her, and she definitely has the sexual interest in you. So if you go to a night club and there is a girl doing that to you, you have a very good chance of bedding her that night (provided that you don’t be stupid and did all those stupid mistakes a rookie does).
If you watch closely, especially facial expression, you can sometimes catch a frown. Even for a split second, and the person you are watching is an experienced liar, the frown will still be there, for that split second, and then that person will resume back the good smiling nature and all that crap.
Words. Some people say, Words are Mightier than Sword. That is definitely true.
I will give one example on how powerful a word can be.
Our. That means both parties.
But if you were to add just one Y in front of OUR, it becomes YOUR. That means one person, a third party.
But if you remove the OUR, add M in front of Y, it becomes MY. That means one person, first person basis.
Just adding or removing characters, there is a significant distinction, or line, if you prefer, on the definition. Your house. Our house. My house. There, is it clear enough about the difference? If let’s say a couple moved in to a house together, and after few months, the girl is saying MY house, that means the guy is only physically there but not emotionally in her shelter yet. So that’s the power of words, and that’s how subconscious mind works.
When people are talking, they choice of word is very important, and most time than not, if you were to listen really carefully, you can understand the underlying meaning of what the other person is trying to say.
Yes, I have learned the truth.

The other day I came across this MTV. Ya some of you might call me Ah Beng (meaning of Ah Beng can be found here) or ancient or old fashion or some nasty shit. But this is actually a very nice song and many of you young readers might not remember this song. But this song is certainly one of the best from Ronald Cheng and I like it very much.
Hope you will enjoy it too.

Alamak, I always twirl my hair when I am deep in thought or try to figure out how to solve a problem, even at meetings. Gosh, not sure how much of wrong impression that people got from me, yikes.
lily - Ermm.. thanks for the link.
Yin Teing - No, no, twirling the hair alone doesn’t mean that it must be that. There are a combination of many thing to make one conclusion so don’t worry
