I seriously think that I am consuming too much coffee nowadays.
Let’s see:
1 cup in the morning
1 cup in the mid morning
1 cup during lunch or tea break
1 cup at night (normally after dinner)
1 cup during evening (sometimes before dinner) and then 1 cup after dinner.
Damn, this is so unhealthy. I also noticed that I consumed good’ol plain water less nowadays. Maybe just 2 cups a day? No wonder I feel so strange and I seriously need to cut down on my coffee consumption and I need to drink more goddamn plain water!
